Arrival/Dismissal
We are the most unique school in MPS and we must work together to manage safe/arrival & dismissal. Please see details below and we thank you for your help in making this a smooth process!
Pre-K
PreK Families will enter from Cemetary Road and form a side-by-side car line wrapping around the back of the building before merging into one lane and pulling under the front canopy (up to the sign) and wait for staff to come retrieve students from the vehicle.
Due to traffic/space/parking limitations families are not able to park and walk students into the building. Once staff shuts the car doors in the drop-off line, drivers should pull out and turn left to exit through the South drive; students will be taken into school to read books and have fun until classes begin.
Please be sure to keep an eye out for students and staff when driving! Teachers/Staff will provide more information at Meet the Teacher night.
P.A.S.S.
There is NO driving to MEC for P.A.S.S. students! Students will meet in the parking lot just North of the softball field at Mustang High School where a bus will pick up and bring students to school. This bus will leave the parking lot promptly at 7:00am; do not be late!
The bus will drop students off in the front of the main entrance canopy. Students should come directly into the building and down green hall to begin the school day. Please watch for PreK cars/traffic when crossing under the canopy!
