Arrival/Dismissal

We are the most unique school in MPS and we must work together to manage safe/arrival & dismissal.  Please see details below and we thank you for your help in making this a smooth process!

P.A.S.S.

  • Student Drivers: All student vehicles must be parked in their designated spots with a valid parking permit clearly visible. Permits can be obtained at MEC office. Please arrive by 8:00 AM; dismissal occurs at 2:00 PM when the bell rings.
  • Bus Riders: Students will be picked up and dropped off at their designated bus stops. Upon arrival at MEC, bus riders should report directly to the Big Room until classes begin at 8:00 AM. Buses will begin loading for dismissal at 2:00 PM

7:15 a.m.- Building Open for AltEd Parent Drop-Off

7:35 a.m.- P.A.S.S. Bus Arrives

7:45 a.m.- P.A.S.S. Students Report

8:00 a.m. - P.A.S.S. Assembly and Classes Begin

11:10 a.m.- Canadian Valley Bus Pick-Up

12:15 p.m.-12:45 p.m. P.A.S.S. Student Lunch

2:10 p.m. -P.A.S.S. Classes End

MEC %22Bell%22 Schedule for Mustang Education Center. The PASS student school day runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The schedule includes: Teachers report at 7:45 AM; Classes start at 8:00 AM; Morning break from 10:00–10:15 AM; Student and staff lunch from 12:15–12:45 PM; Classes end at 2:00 PM; Planning/PLC period from 2:15–3:15 PM; and teacher workday ends at 3:15 PM.

P.A.S.S.

There is NO driving to MEC for P.A.S.S. students!  Students will meet in the parking lot just North of the softball field at Mustang High School where a bus will pick up and bring students to school.  This bus will leave the parking lot promptly at 7:00am; do not be late!

The bus will drop students off in the front of the main entrance canopy.  Students should come directly into the building and down green hall to begin the school day.  Please watch for PreK cars/traffic when crossing under the canopy!
